Various gala dîners include the World Exhibition in Brisbane (Australia), the opening Gala at the World Expo in Sevilla (Spain), Gala dîners for the 700 year fair of Switzerland in Atlanta, New York and San Francisco.
Furthermore, special culinary events at the Swiss Restaurants in Cairo (Egypt), at the Residencia of the Scala in Milano (Italy), in Strasbourg for the European Council, for Mikhail Gorbachev, and other politicians and celebrities.
Presentation of Swiss cuisine at the Symposium on Food & Cookery in Oxford at the University, at the Swiss National Tourist Office in New York and London, and at the Überseeclub in Hamburg. Event-Dinners at the International Duty Free Fair in Cannes, with Chuck Williams at Williams Sonoma, with Gaston Lenôtre and others.
He organized Marketing events for Rosenthal, for Mc Cormick, Kempinsky Hotel and in the year 2000, «Art Events» became a new activity field. One of the profound projects was the painting of FC Bayern München, for their 100 year anniversary with the New York artist James Rizzi.
